Hey, I always have this problem when I want to log exercise somewhere. what do i input when I workout with kettlebells?

Its obviously some sort of weight training, but its also intense cardio as well.

The exercise logging of this site is the biggest weakness. They should add more exercises. I'm surprised there is no elliptical so I just put exercise machine (slow). Not very specific, but it is something.

I don't know what a kettlebell is, but if you can find the calories burned on another site, see what the most appropriate equivalent is on this and use that or use "Other" and put in the calories burned.

I agree that they need to update the exercise list. I use what the machine tells me for elliptical. If you just google calories burned kettlebell you may find something then use it under other.
I have never been able to run much. I want to run a marathon.

Hey, I've been looking at Kettlebells and some videos on YouTube on how to workout with one. Do you really like it? It looks like a fun alternative to traditional weight training and I think I could really enjoy it but I would really appreciate your opinion on how you like it.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

Heck yeah, love the kettlebells, definitely the best whole body workout I've ever gotten...and on most sites with kettlebells listed as an exercise it's among the highest calorie burners per hour.

I'd never heard of them until I saw them on the Biggest Loser myself. I've looked at purchasing one, but need to see how they are used first. Might be a good investment so long as it doesn't just find itself in the closet Smile
