That's my diet right now, just using this site to track calories and stay in a deficit.

I agree with the ‘less’ thing. That is my major dilemma - portion control. I keep myself on track if I actually record what I eat in the day. I’m also back on my exercise bike for 15min before work, where I sit all day. I make small, tiny goals, like the 15 min on the bike and sometimes if I hear a good song on the radio at work I’ll stand up and move to the beat, can’t really call it dancing but it’s my version Wink
