I just finished reading this book, and I think it is the best book I have read on the subject of weight issues. It has been very helpful for me and I strongly recommend it to every person trying to lose weight.

"The Thin Woman's Brain: Re-wiring the Brain for Permanent Weight Loss" by Dilia Suriel and Subin Parokkottil

The Kindle edition cost about $8 in Amazon.

Thank you very much for the recommendation! I want to ask what did you like most about this book? What fiction do you read as well, can you recommend something?

I recommend you read the classics. For example, Hemingway, Dreiser. These are my favorite authors.

Books are cool, but you need to have enough time to read them and even more time to implement the tips from there. I have very few periods when I have enough free time. The only thing that makes me happy is that I found for myself and now I can do some of the tasks with the help of professional writers. As a result, I will have more free time, part of which I will spend on reading books. This resource was recommended to me by my friend, who has been using it for a long time and is completely satisfied with it.
