love avocados!!! but I never knew there were so high in calories. Any tips to keep eating them without the guilt would be appreciated. BTW I am new at this forum/app Smile

Hi! I make a spinach, avocado & artichoke dip. I don’t use a recipe but use my small food processor (holds about 4 cups total). I add about 2tbsp (or more) of lemon juice, 2 cups of spinach, 2-3 chunks of canned artichoke hearts, salt & pepper & chili flakes to taste. You could add garlic if you want. I’ve added chopped sun dried tomatoes to it before. Then blend that up till its smooth-ish. I use it on raw veggies - carrots, celery, zucchini, red peppers, etc. I actually use raw zucchini in place of cucumber because I get the crunch without the sogginess of the cucumber.
