Just Starting my diet

HI all, I am working out my menu for tomorrow - I am at 95% of my daily intake. Is that ok or do I have to be exactly 100% in my calories for the day? Any advice or comments would be appreciated. thanks

I'd say it is good to be at 95% of your calories because that way if you get hungry you still have a little left for a snack.

I only just started this couple of days ago. I am on insulin and doc changed it. I marked food for yesterday and think only came in at 66%. maybe I am sabotaging myself by not eating enough and gained 2lbs in 6 wks, so devastated, i started at 254 apr 3rd and down to 240 aug 4th but crying bc of 2lbs, its heartbreaking, i dont want to sound like a whiner but I dont really have anyone to talk to or walk with, sux
