hi, I'm Cameron. I am a 52-year-old stay-at-home dad. I need to lose about 20 lbs to reach a good weight.

FS is your "go to" place. Log all foods and exercise. See where you can cut back or change foods high in calories. Staying at home doesn't mean you sit on your butt all day, with children and plenty of "honey do" jobs at home, you should have no problem shedding the pounds. Best of luck.
