Did anyone else have a horrible year with weight gain throughout covid? I know I did. I'm at the fattest I've been in over 13 years. 330lbs on the 6th of June. My birthday. feel horrible, blood pressure is up and going to have to go on insulin if I don't drop weight fast. At 42 I feel it's not going to be as easy as it once was. Wish me luck.

Good luck. I put on some extra weight during COVID too and I sure didn't need any more! I need to start tracking daily and keeping my calories down.

My snacking and cocktails were out of control during Covid, and like you Ben, my weight was at an all time high. A friend was doing a program with success so I decided to try it out. Let me tell you, I am on the straight and narrow. I have lost 27 lbs since March 22 2021. Low carb/high protein and using supplements. I use the Core System. Check it out here.

Yes! I can definitely relate to this! I am working to make mental, emotional, and physical changes to improve my health.

Yep, too much take out. I've lost it, and now am working on my normal amount of extra weight.

I gained 20 lbs 3 yrs ago when I stopped smoking then this last Oct I fell and broke my leg surgery and plates and screws and a wheelchair for months I gained another 20 UGH Now I have been calorie counting starting MArch 14th and have lost only 10 lbs, the last 5 weeks I weighed exactly the same I have stalled and have followed my diet 100 % just can't exercise,

I gained 27 pounds between March of 2020 and January of 2021. I was a hermit in my house with a broken treadmill and a fridge full of bad for me food. In January I woke up to what I was doing to myself and decided I had to make a change in my diet and exercise. Since January I have lost 14 pounds and since joining FS on July 1st, I have lost 5 more. It takes work and determination but we can do this.
