I am 34yrs old, I have 3 kids (a set of twins) who are 12yrs old & a soon to be 4yrs old and their all boys.
I have recently weighed in at my highest of 229.2lbs (handsovereyes). I refuse to make that number go any higher and it's about time to take action.

I joined the gym on the 8th May 19 and I will be busting my butt to get this weight off.

Welcome.

Never mind using your butt. First and foremost use your mouth. If you're not on a calorie deficit (regardless of the diet you choose or how many hours at the gym you spend) you will not lose weight.

Good luck!

By the way, I was thinking about making an autobiography, I even found such an example of writing work with https://graduateway.com/essay-examples/about-me/ with an autobiography. I think I can start by making an essay about myself, as in the example with the link. If it does not work out to do proofreading or editing of the text, I will contact the specialists. The most important thing is to convey your thought. Well, tell about yourself, so that it is interesting to the reader. And for this you need to use writing techniques.
