weight coming off slow

Back ground:
*ALWAYS have worked out...cardio and weight.
*Small built: 5'1. Weight always WAS around 110-112.
*Always disciplined in diet.
*Age: Younger than today! lol

Thanks to "soft, stretchy" jeans (girls, you can relate) makes it very possible to pick up pounds and not grow out of pants. And, a couple of years ago I threw out the scale cuz it was reading 116 and was not moving!!!

3 weeks ago, I stepped on the gym scale. 128. Yikes!!! (ok...that may not be much for some of you, but it is for me).

So, I became DETERMINED 3 weeks ago...have dropped to 124, but its just hanging there. I am taking in under 1000 calories a day and working out 4-5 days a week. Even have CUT down my wine to one glass at night!!
So, all this to say, can anyone relate about slow progress when you are being very disciplined? Cool

we need more details. how much you ate before and now? do you consider calories from wine?
