Hi all checking to see if anyone here is a solid organ transplant recipient not that we are any different than anyone else. My doctors tell me to follow a heart healthy diet which I am on the struggle bus with. I like cooking and do most of the cooking in my house. It gives me great pleasure for everyone to enjoy the food and see empty plates. I also love to eat and have an insatiable appetite. Life is pretty sedentary right now never was a fan of exercise I found it rather boring. Please share your experiences what worked what didn't how you lost and how you maintain. Thanks

What kind of foods do you usually eat? If you are meat lover, you can go for Keto. Otherwise, if you prefer vegetables then, vegetarian diet will suit you.
