So I'm reintroducing myself after being away for over 4 yrs.
Went back up to over 100 Kg now at 94.1 Kg.
Surprisingly got out and started running. It actually wasn't bad. I surprised the hell out of myself- ran 3 Km then 5 Km then 9 Km one day after the next. Watching what I eat and have been intermittent fasting. Went back to making my green smoothies in advance.
Back on track.

Congrats and welcome back. Yeah, those pounds can creep up. I don't know how much time you spend behind a desk, but I used to keep a light dumbbell and grip strengthener in the office. Maybe food service has changed, but back then the AF and Navy had much better food, so I'd skip the starch meals covered in gravy whenever I go the chance.
