Emotional eating

Hi everyone,

I could use some advise. When I get nervous, sad ect. I turn to food. The past few days were hard to stay on point. Any hints, advise. If anyone else is a emotional eater and has it under control, I'd love to know how you do it.

I think we are many who react this way. I know I do as for sure. I try to work on things that can centre me again... yoga... walks...hugs...family... cute cat pics... whatever... then forgive myself for the eating and move on with my program...

I do this a lot too ! Lately, I've been trying to fix this habit myself by experimenting with different things such as keeping myself busy and just by eating ice lol,,

I can totally understand what phase of life you are going through. I had the same time in my past and was eating and eating and eating only. I have become overweight from obese. And at last my health conditions were on a high reported. I have to go for a Weight loss surgery and then have lost weight and now my health conditions are also stable. I totally thank Jet medical tourism for their help and support. Take care of your health and eat less,
