I always weigh less at about 10:00 a.m., so that's the weight I record.

Hmm, how to say this and not sound like a bad joke. For me, my best weight is usually in the morning, before breakfast and after a bowel movement - seriously it makes a difference... omg I can't believe I'm sharing that LOL!

id say your doing something right if your getting positive energy to step on the scale and have breakfast after your quickie Very Happy

Agreed, morning is the best time, whether gaining or losing weight is your goal. I always weigh in after my morning shower, about 20 minutes after waking. Your body has had a chance to eliminate extra water weight gain. 8 ounces of water (1 cup) is 1/2 lb of "fake" weight.
