Hi,

I was wondering how you can enter exercise such as manual labour (digging out cement blocks from old clothes lines, removing pool fencing etc).

I know this is not classed as exercise but it is hard work and should be counted, shouldn't it?

I love to walk and have a 3.2 kilometre walk mapped out. Early morning is a great time before everyone is out of bed. Enjoy your walks everyone. Cheers to starting the day with a walk.
