It's the middle of the week and the middle of the month, so why not start today to a more healthy future Bad Grin I've decided it's time to quit making excuses, stop eating the way I am and adding more health issues to the ones that I already have. I know it's not going to be easy, in fact, this is day #1 and already I'm afraid that I might fail...I'm taking it one hour at a time and then I'll do one day at a goal, on my birthday, put on a new outfit, fix my hair, do my make-up, and have a nice birthday dinner with my mom...I plan on getting back into the clothes that have taken up space in my closet, not buying new larger ones, but adding new smaller ones! I can do this, I know I can...positivity, positivity, positivity!

I am with you. Today is my Day 1 too and it's scary. I have succeeded in the past. I can succeed this hour, this minute this day.

There is no time like the present. I always started again on a Monday whenever I have failed in the past. But why would you wait that long. Start over immediately.
