My first goal is 175. When I hit that, it will lower to 165. When I hit that, I will lower it to 145 as my final "wish" weight. I weighed that aged 24, and was happy enough.
I'm no spring chicken anymore. I wouldn't want to be really thin, as I'd be super saggy since I was overweight most of my life.

145 goal weight. I've been as low as 135, high as 275 and felt best around 150ish. I would like that 5 lb cushion to work with!

I was 290lbs at the beginning of this year. I am 214 lbs now still want a few more gone. 200 will probably be great. a little exercise and meal planning did the job and I learned how to cook some great healthy dishes in the process. My sister hooked me up to this program for 8 weeks and I just continued on my own after that and here I am. It's all about determination and keeping the promise we make to ourselves. no need to join these expensive programs but I can't lie if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have started it. if you guys want to check them out.

I would like to be 160-180. I had weight loss surgery in 2017 and was 280lbs I am now 224. I did get down to 215 adding in WW. gained back 7lbs.
I have to get my mind back in this. Start walking and eating proper.

150ish would be great. I need to get into a routine with my exercise. I prefer to exercise outside, but it has been too hot for that. Not comfortable going back to gym yet. Tried a new online exercise routine which is 30 minutes and is doable with my bad knee. I just need to force myself to make the time for it.

130-140. I have trouble staying below 145, though, and currently up at 160 :/
48yo. 3 years ago, I was 122-125, and it was too skinny.

120 which is what I was in 2009...but a married (now deceased) and he always wanted to EAT AND EAT AND EAT...and someone to eat with him. Then I had a tumor in my leg and had surgery and that added to inactivity and now I am having trouble with my right leg...so that is a problem for exercise...and I am just starting again...I haven't weighed since I began the first of June...so I don't know if I have lost anything...but I am keeping a really good diary and that usually is the best thing I can do...I am doing 10 min of walking on my treadmill @ 2 mph. If I can actually LOSE two pounds a month that will be easier as I go along and in a year I will lose 24# in two years I will lost 48# and be right about where I want to be.

I am 5'6"and a half
CW: 169.8
GW: 164.0
UGW: 156.0 (my previous lowest weight in adulthood, but this time I want to do it right and not make myself sick)

My weight a week ago at 178.6! At my highest weight, I was 225 lbs.
Tbh, I want to try to lose more weight than "UGW" (at that weight, I would predictably have a waist circumference of about 32 inches, which I still think is a bit fat). But my sister will probably try to stop me. I tend to become addicted to dieting. I've starved myself, before. More than once! I have decided to do a OMAD diet this week. Not to lose weight faster, but just because there isn't much food left right now. And most of it is high carb stuff. Carbohydrates (including "healthy" complex carbs) don't fill me very well. So, I have to eat a lot of them, to make up for the insulin spike.

Okay. I've said a lot. I'm done.

5'3", 146. Though charts advise differently, after a lifetime of ups and downs, I'm realizing this is a weight I can realistically maintain, and when I see photos of myself at that weight: I look good! I recall also feeling good. It still takes effort to stay even at that weight, but does not feel like daily deprivation. That said, I'm sure everyone's physiology is a bit different. Currently 164 but heading down!

At 5'2 my ultimate goal weight is 140lbs. I was between 140-150 at my absolute fittest in my mid 20s and I want to be right back there. I know that still puts me at an "unhealthy" weight range for my height and age, but I don't use that standard because the healthy weight is WAY TOO SKINNY for my body type.

Your goal weight should simply be where you feel happiest and healthiest <3
