Hey folks,

Turned 50 this year. I was 120 kg back in Jan and was told by my doctor that I was on the cusp of being pre-diabetic.

I'm down to 112 kg with diet and exercise (COVID definitely didn't help), but I've been stuck at 112 for a month now.

Have been pretty good with the diet, by my standards. I've been running/walking on a treadmill for 30 mins a day, 4 x a week.

Any advice on how I can speed this up a bit?

Don't forget sometimes when you are at a stall you are losing inches.

You can try a different form of exercise - the body can get used to a form of exercise that you do daily, and you can burn more calories at that point by doing something different that is more of a challenge to your body. Plateaus aren't fun! Hope you are seeing some progress again!

Coping with diet talk
You have to just be grounded and let it go in one ear and out the other. Do not let it get to you. It is that or move... LOL. Yeah come and vent any time
