What are your goals? Generally 30% calories to protein is a decent amount.

Premier protein shakes or protein bars. Cholesterol is healthy in moderation. Is your doctor advising you to watch your intake?
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

If you’re looking for more protein without cholesterol why not use some of the plentiful sources of plant protein?

Dozens of varieties of beans, peas, lentils, seitan, soy based proteins such as tofu, tempeh and TVP products. That’s just a small number of the possibilities without resorting to powders etc.

Your dietary cholesterol has almost no impact on your blood cholesterol. I thought it was common knowledge:

Go ahead and eat eggs, meat, whatever you want, it will not have a noticeable impact on your cholesterol. Stress, carbohydrates and alcohol, though, will pump your blood cholesterol up.
