Interesting range of responses. I weigh myself weekly and daily. The weekly one is the one that goes up on the chart on my kitchen wall. The daily one is only to give me an indication of just how much variation there is on a daily basis. I was surprised by how much 'noise' there is, so I don't get worried now about small variations, the weekly weigh-in is the one that shows trends and progress.

Every day, sometimes twice a day. It keeps me aware and feeling like I'm on top of everything.

I weigh myself every morning and sometimes during the day. I record my weigh loss every Sunday.

Once a week on Friday morning...I found weighing myself every day is too discouraging with 1-2 lbs fluctuations..this way I'm encouraged if I'm down even 1/4 of a pound.

I weigh myself once a week, especially if I have a couple of days of constipation. When I'm not constipated I can weigh myself daily; usually first thing in the AM. I was told we're "lightest" in the morning. Not sure if that's factual.

Every single day. This way and because weight may fluctuate a bit, I avoid weekly surprises and disappointments besides being able to correct what went wrong the day before....and I´am an impatient soul Smile

How is this thread still alive?! Nevermind. When I'm trying to lose weight (fat), I will weigh myself once a day. Always at the same time--right after I get up, and before I eat or exercise.
Otherwise, it's once a week. I've heard people--mostly older women--say to only weigh yourself once a month. I can't wait that long. My body is very prone to fluctuations, particularly depending on how many carbs I add to or remove from my diet. (I'm pretty sure that a lot of my excess "fat" is inflammation.)

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I used to weigh daily, but the scale became my god. If I was down, I celebrated and ate...if I was up, I was mad and ate. I'm currently weighing once a week.

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
5'3", 146. Though charts advise differently, after a lifetime of ups and downs, I'm realizing this is a weight I can realistically maintain, and when I see photos of myself at that weight: ...
