Height and Whey protein!!

Hello, I'm a 16-year-old teen. I'm focusing to increase my height up to 6 (if possible). I'm 5'6 currently and weigh 154.3 lbs (70 Kgs). So I've been researching on the internet about the methods. But I haven't found anything 'legit', so I've turned to calisthenics because I've seen that it increase hormonal production (testosterone, HGH, etc), which can increase my height. So I wanted to ask the following:

1)Can I take Whey protein, if yes then, how much and when?
2)Are there any side effects of Whey protein?
3)What should be my daily protein intake?
4)What to do if I can't take Whey protein, alternatives?

Clearing this would be of a lot of help to a beginner.

I think your height depends on your genes. You can have good posture and wear heals but other than that you cannot really change it. As for whey... there is nothing wrong with whey protein. It absorbs fast and is good for people who want to build muscles. They tend to take it right after a workout. But good luck. You may still grow and be healthy!!!!

If you'e a boy you probably have a lot of months of growth ahead of you, without doing anything except let your genetics take their course, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you're a girl and you've begun to menstruate you likely don't have much growth left, no matter what you do.

You asked for an alternative to whey..I suggest Orgain plant-based protein. In spite of popular beliefs many people have problems with dairy-foods. I sent you a message with more info cuz I didn't see this Quick Reply box. If you have a Costco membership, they have Orgain on sale every couple of months for about 80¢ a day(21 grams)You can get lots of protein from clean non-animal sources like nuts & seeds and beans - check Fat Secret to see how much you get.
