Hi Community!! I just started the Keto diet 3 weeks ago. The first week I lost 10 pounds.....2 weeks later I haven't dropped any more. I am eating high fat, low carb. I have no idea what I am doing wrong - haven't cheated once! Sad Any help?

It is very usual to see a stall in second or third week. Keep your carbs under 20 net carbs. Measure and count carefully. It will work out!!!

Coping with diet talk
You have to just be grounded and let it go in one ear and out the other. Do not let it get to you. It is that or move... LOL. Yeah come and vent any time
