I weigh myself every morning first thing in the morning. I have high blood pressure and am tracking how what I eats affects what I ate the day before. Salt, sugar, and gluten are big no-no's. To much of any of them cause a big change, I've seen on a bad day almost a 5 lb. increase. I have finally started to see a drop instead of an increase.
