If ever there was a time to start out new it is now. There is no more time to dwell on the past and be depressed. I feel each day I work towards a better me will help me live a little longer. Not to be morbid but life has always felt endless and now there seems to be a deadline. I can push to extend that! I feel like I have power to change the outcome unlike anything I felt before. Any weight I can lose will help me. It is definitely not too late even though I am 57 years old and 75 pounds over weight. I feel inspired and optimistic about my power to change things.
