Now that the gyms have closed...

I am a total gym rat and I am very depressed that the gyms have closed due to Captain Trips.

I'm not sure if my home workout will maintain my physique, but it may be a refreshing change and give my joints a chance to heal.

Is anyone else sad to be forced out of the gym?

Yeah, definitely. Might look into trying some self guided or youtube yoga or something. Finally give my ligaments and stabilizers the attention they deserve.

How do you record the number of steps under the exercise tab?
Hi I use another app that counts my steps and tells me how many calories I have burnt and I put it under add exercise . - custom exercise. eg Steps, 230 calories, 45 minutes
