I just joined FS and I'm hoping to find some folks to help me stay motivated!

I get up early M-F and walk for 20 minutes. This is a big for me because I have always been a big time alarm snoozer! Laughing This past week I've started doing yoga again. I already feel better!

I have had neck and lower back issues for years-2 surgeries and lots of steroids. I hope that if I get to a healthy weight that will stop the spine drama!

I've got 46lbs to go...And its gonna go!
