Ive been slacking off for a couple of years now since my son was born (got stuck into making beer). Time to get back into it now though. Signed up last week for a kickboxing program that I can do at home due to time restrictions and now its time to sort the diet out to compliment the program!

Weighed myself today and im at 97kg, hoping to shed off a little before I head back to the UK to see family at the end of this month and ready to kick arse when I return!

In the box next to portions you can insert 1/2 and it will calculate it.
