Come & Join a new Group & a 12 week Challenge

Hi all,
I'm just starting my weight loss journey and I am so excited to get started because I feel that I'm in the right head space and have tried every diet under the sun. Now I'm doing what I feel will work for me and that's counting calories and exercising.
I created a 12 week challenge called "12 Week Weight Loss Challenge #2020" and it starts Sat Feb 1 and ends Sat April 25.
I also started a group that is also open to everyone who is on their weight loss journey. It's called "Going The Distance". It's for anyone who wants a place to come talk and ask questions, help other with advice and encouragement and mostly a place to hold ourselves accountable so we can get tour goals.
Both the challenge and the group are open to everyone, and it doesn't matter what diet you're on or what stage of your journey you're at. Come and be a part of what I hope will be a great place for everyone to come together.

I do wish you lots of luck. 1000 calories a day seems really low for your body weight, however. Please be sure to be safe on your weight loss journey.

In the box next to portions you can insert 1/2 and it will calculate it.
