Wonderful loss. Yeah you do not want to let that victory go. I also lost my weight with keto and working on keeping it off. I agree that maintaining takes a lot of work and hard because you cannot be motivated by progress. I have stayed keto or close most of the time and I move around

Try to look at it as low carb, not no carbs! I try to stay under 20 carbs a day and this site gives you all the motivation to make that happen. I also do intermittent fasting (just water, tea in the am) then lunch and light dinner. Also fast 2x times a week (i will have a big mid day meal) then fast until the next mid day meal but will only do that until the weight is gone. Working with my doctor and he is helping me understand that when my weight is moving up to apply these principals and my body will re-align to where I want to be.
Good luck! Taking care of the kids is 24hrs and hopefully to get a break now and then to take care of the mama!
