I have noticed that I retain a lot of water since my thyroid was removed. So my weight fluctuate very much from week to week, day to day. My weight at the end of everything I try, stays the same. No matter what I do. I cannot loose the weight. Just had blood tests again for thyroid but everything is normal according the tests. Any advice will be welcome please.

Quickest and maybe easiest is to sweat it out. Fitness Center, stair master, ellipticals, you'll sweat quicker with a sweat shirt on. None of these machines are complicated. Fitness Center is non-intimidating, regular people, easy to do.
