Keto help !!!

I’m 3 weeks into my Keto diet I’m so confused about veg and fruits. If I add a handle full of blueberries to my food I’m over my carbs so then I take them out and haven’t had fruit or hardly any veg in weeks is the right ??

Unless you're doing keto to reduce seizures or if your doctor prescribed it, you don't have to worry about ketosis. No need to avoid fruit and vegetables otherwise, keto is irrelevant to fat loss.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

I have vegtables and some fruit (mostly raspberries with yogurt and sliced almonds) I would talk to your doctor and balance your meal plans so your a eating healthy meals with a range of colorful vegtables! Leafy greens cucumbers summer squash (green & yellow) red onions! So many choices in the veggie aisle. Just avoid the really starchy food like potatoes, rice, pasta, corn. You can be creative and really enjoy each meal and feel good as well! Good luck.

I have learned that initially you can have 30 grams or less of carb while becoming keto adapted and then , like the movie stars, you can have a cheat meal every once in a while without changing your fat burning body. Currently, while strict, I can have 1/4 cup of berries. I do eat many vegetables that are low carb like spinach, zucchini, cauliflower, green beans, asparagus, artichoke, broccoli, good collard greens with bacon etc. Check out keto recipes on Pinterest. Very yummy.

Hi. I am new to the club. I have just exited the Noom Diet app 4 days early because this food diary/club is far superior to them. I think the personal coaches are Robo-coaches - not real people but I could be wrong. I like the interactiveness of this weight watchers club its a lot of fun to use. Not recommended 1200 calories per day and 18 hours of fasting every Saturday. I have entered the 20kg weight loss by April challenge and I have lost 2 kilos so far. I hope to increase this tomorrow as I had a fairly good day today.

Two ideas might work ..... One try to add it as a new food item ( put in name as an add item to lunch, hit + sign at bottom and fill in details ) ...... or try adding in your cookbook ......... Good luck. ...
