Every day. I have chronic edema and diabetes. My weight can change 3-4 lbs in one day, depending on what I eat. Gained 15 lbs from Thanksgiving to New Years. Lost 14 lbs as of today. I have lost 110 lbs from Sept 2018 thru Dec 2019. Should have died in the hospital, but UMKC staff and my family pulled me thru, and here I am! 😀

Once a day keeps me thinking. Keeps me from veering off course.

As often as I can, i use the scale in the gym at work. I have a health coach at work (very lucky to be at this company)and she recomends weekly; yet my friend is doing N o o m and they have a daily weigh in for her. you dont want to drive yourself crazy with it, otherwise do it asmuch as you want to.
