Emotional Eater

I realized what I need is not another diet. I can recite every single new diet or old diet that is out here. I realized what I need is to control my emotional eating. My goal, is to once when I feel that emotional feeling to eat, do something else in place of this. Perhaps, stand up move away from my desk or where ever I am and just move to another area or just walk. I am going to put together a list of things that I can do. instead of eating. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Can you bring a little weight to use and a timer maybe?

I usually get up and get coffee or cold water to drink
