I weigh pretty much daily, and try to record every Monday, as I fluctuate a lot. Some days I hold a lot of water. Am thinking of giving up a few foods to see it it does make a difference in the weight swings.

Once in the morning, every day at the moment, but am thinking of trying to weight in once a week, each weekend as I do fluctuate a lot and it can be de-motivating to see it go up when I aint done nothing wrong!

I'm an everyday kind of person. I can take it. But of course sans clothes of any kind, after morning visits to bathroom. I know there will be up days, but I can take it.

Every two or three days seems to work for me- i don't like weighing in everyday and when I'm on a business trip I can't count on the scale in the gym being accurate or the same as mine at home. False negatives and false positives don't help my mindset, lol.
