I have successfully synced fitbit with fatsecret.
I can see my steps transfer over but does it distinguish between when I walk at a low heart rate and run at a high heart rate?
Does it record my hard efford of spinning which one hour of spin on stationary bike at a high heart rate only give me !,500 steps even though I can burn over 600 calories?
How does fat secret calculate the calories burned for the day?
Anyone of you have any answers? Please help!
Thank you!

I can't get mine to sync so you are ahead of me.
