Hello everyone! I am alive after a life threatening brain tumour operation.
I was operated on the 24th of July and initially everything was well. |However 20 days after the operation I was re-admitted to hospital with severe headache. It was a touch and go as a big quantity of fluid was accumulating in my sculp. After an 8 day battle the doctors saved my life and here I am back to life.
Needless to say that I was put on huge amounts of steroids and antibiotics, I was bed bound for one month. It will take me a long time to regain my strength and all my good results in following a good diet went to the bin and I look like a whale stretched on a cosy beach.

Yesterday my GP suggested I go on a diet again to reduce my blood sugar and my blood pressure to avoid further health issues.

Wish me luck!
