I hear you, Diamanireed. I don't think it rates a "so?". People have different issues with food. I can find something I like that is basically healthy (like nonfat greek yogurt and frozen blueberries) but then I eat it way beyond moderation and I gain weight. I find limiting portions very very hard but I need to do that to lose this weight which makes me uncomfortable and raises my blood pressure. So I hope we both do well! Actually, I hope everyone who is trying does well.
