Hello All!

I'm Krystal and I have a monumental amount of weight to get rid of. Went to the doctor the other day and she said I was kinda low on my vitamin D. So, with that being said, I am going to start walking today for at least 30 minutes. Fast paced? Not yet but will get there. That will get my vitamin D intake in. Another beautiful day here in California but it is getting warm already.

I'm a retired lady and enjoying life. At times forgetting about getting moving and exercise as I get stuck behind the computer playing video games. Love them!

I'm very impressed at the tools that we have with this program. It is awesome and I will make sure to print out a days worth before going out to the doctor's again so that she can see what a great program this is!

Welcome. Getting out and moving while generating that Vitamin D is a great way to get started. I too am very happy with the FatSecret Ap. I just use it for calorie counting, but it is doing the trick (25 lbs down, 25 to go!).

You can double check with another site and see. Better to leave exercise out when you do these calculations.
