Thanks to years of sports and working on concrete floors for 20 years I have bad joints in my hips, knees and ankles. I try to get out and walk pretty much daily for a couple of miles. Saturday we marched in a parade and then did an event in the afternoon/evening. Nearly 9 miles total. Sunday I was in a lot of pain. Today is a bit better and hopefully by tomorrow I can be back out there pounding the pavement before I have to go to work. I'm hoping I can get myself to the point I can do a 5K that is coming up in November.

I changed my end of the week by transform exercise time into recess. Thoroughly consider dealing with the end of the week must be at the gym. Make housework a workout, try something new and set objectives.
Keto pure diet has emerged as a safer way of weight loss.
