Iron, B12 and Vitamin D. Also Flax seed oil to help with dry eyes. Multi-vitamins make me nausious.

was a gag but it does contain caffeine, helps suppress appetite and can be used to boost energy levels, i.e. before a workout...…….for pretty much zero calories


and is supposedly good for overall health if not abused
