Diabetes and Gastroparisis

Does any on else have these two opposite eating problems? Diabetes wants more natural veggies, high fiber. Gastroparesis wants cooked veggies, low fiber. Plain food like white bread. Opposite ways of eating. Has anyone tackled this problem?

Why doesnt my weight loss show?
11 pounds of what? not likely to be all fat probably a fair bit is water weight, keep going you've made a good start...……….depending on current weight
