Sometimes I get so frustrated with myself. I am so accustomed to using food to comfort myself. If I would drink water or not spend money instead I would be better off!

Im finding it hard not to biscuits and chocolate but have managed 7 weeks without so far. Why do the nice things put on weight?

We all struggle. But as long as we dont go too far off track its ok to be human. I ate Popeyes for dinner on monday but still managed to stay within my daily calories. I ate 2 bolied eggs and 2 madarin oranges for breakfast and salad with tuna on top for lunch, that kept my calories low until dinner. I would never eat fast food everyday but its ok to be human sometimes, just dont go crazy the whole day and maybe add a longer workout that day.

Mine has gone down after a substantial weight loss. Perhaps yours is up temporarily. Are your alcohol/sodium/caffeine intake levels up at all?

Are smaller goals beter?
I have a large goal that I split up into smaller goals. A prize set for certain milestones. My next one is at 150. Not sure of my prize yet. 😉

How do I change my height data?
Very old post but not happy that I cant change the settings on my phone version. Why not? Its 2019, this should be fixed by now. I had to have entered the wrong height because its telling me 1800 calories ...
