Only lost 1lb this week , so annoying. Thats 10lb in 5 weeks so was hoping it would go quicker

Maybe you lost more. Often the short term fluctuations come down to food and water in your gut than actual fat burned. Perhaps you burned more fat but have food in your system.

One big piece of advice. I'm happy with a trend going the direction I want it to. Rushing and looking for quick results can mess with the mind and result in quitting and rebounding. A lifestyle with healthy habits is much better than a short term diet that works for a bit but doesn't last. A pound a week is fast in my eyes. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. Am under a great deal of pressure at the moment and have been in tears but really want the weight to go.

It is normal to have different weight loss with different bodies. Most important is not to give up and keep on high motivation and spirit.

Ten pounds in five weeks is 2lbs a week. Nothing wrong with that.

You have to remember that you didn't gain your weight overnight. It will take just as long to get it off as it took to acquire it. You've got this! Just weight every week or every other week if you can wait. Then forget about the scale and focus on your eating and exercising.
