HI everyone I am Theresa and I am 50 years old. I've always been the big girl and was told you would be so pretty if you just lost weight. I was never the athletic type and felt happy with who I was until recently after I gained 100 lbs. I now sit at over 300lbs and have felt I needed to do something. I am not calling this a diet I'm calling it a lifestyle change. I will take this journey one day at a time one step at a time.

Bingo! A lifestyle change. Don't worry about others and focus on your new healthy habits. Think a year out or two years out and take your time with new healthy habits. you need to start somewhere and most important is the decision to change your life style and commit to a proper meal plans. or you can call it a diet system. And keep positive people around you.
