For no real reason yesterday I seemed to go over the calories I allow myself. Think it was the steak I had today am really cutting back. Fatsecret really does help me keep a record of what Im eating and so far today I havent felt hungry. Im beginning to get a bit weepy though. This morning I was out with my husband and burst into tears.

Don't beat yourself up if you went over just that one day. Pick yourself up the next day and stick to it.

I am trying to go for a walk everyday although not easy because of my pain and all hills here. Have stuck with no eating between meals since I started to diet. Mondays weigh day so hope Ive lost some weight this week.

Got to get serious
You can do it - don't give up! The key for me is to relentlessly weigh and measure everything I put in my mouth. And log it completely honestly. And bulk up all my meals with lots of veggies.

Im hanging in there but have read about someone losing 77lb in 3 months. I just wonder how that was done. Mine looks miserable compared to that.
