I have been watching and have notice that the people who follow these diet programs have a harder time maintain a health weight lost level than the people that are on their own diets it's obvious to me that these weight loss programs are not getting something right by starving their followers or creating a psychological craving for sweets that forces them to break the diet plan.where if you just stick to the R.D.I you will overall come out ahead of these weight loss programs .my one piece in a nut shell.

We're all different so there's no one size fits all.
Diet programs work for some people, sure, but not all of us. I tried a million diets (I guess we all have...) and what worked for me was to "do me."
So yeah, find what works for you, being your own thing or a program, and run with it. Smile

Not too big of a calorie deficit, keep protein up and lift weights for the metabolism, health and body composition. It doesn't have to be complicated but if you good at it you can have a fantastically athletic and healthy body.
