I am on a Ketogenic Diet from last 3 months and I am happy with the results. I have lost almost 7-8 kgs till now. I have prepared my own Keto diet and I am using crispy cereal, chicken soup, tomato and basil soup, lemon juice, red fruit juices like cranberry and pomegranate, honey and dijon musturd sauce, omelet with herbs and cheese. And some snacks like peanut butter bar, chocolatey coconut bar, and dill pickle zippers.

I need suggestion on what other things I need to include in my diet plan or Is it all good what I am eating?

I am following Dr. Berg's Intermittent Fasting and Keto diet. He is all about the healing of the body systems so that you can lose weight and keep it off, as well as, reverse High Blood Pressure, Fatty Liver, insulin resistance, Diabetes and more. He wants no sugar and only vegetable carbs. He has many videos on YouTube. You have a lot of juices and carbs in your diet, is it working for you? There are several Keto cookbooks out there but meals are mostly vegetables and protein. There are many free download recipes on line as well. I'm sure you can get books at the library too. Last night I ate a kale, spinach and other fresh greens with baked chicken, small avocado and tomato salad with low carb ranch dressing. Today I had pork roast, cooked carrots, raw broccoli with ranch, an avocado and pumpkin seeds. Dr. Berg addresses the need for potassium and sodium balance as well as high nutritional fat to keep insulin levels from spiking so our bodies can lose fat. You might want to check out some of his videos to steer you towards good health and weight loss.

Berg, Fung, Taubes, avoid, avoid, avoid. Charlatans. You're welcome.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

Daily weights
I do regularly. As much as daily but I don't really worry if I skip. I just watch for the trend up or down depending on my goal at the time.

I also focus on the food not the exercise. Exercise probably does help but how much can be hard to assess. With time you will probably get a very good idea of how to balance it all out
