I'm small boned, 5'4" and 62. Due to medication changes, I have gone from 118-122 area in 2015-16 (great in clothes but face was too thin) up to 133, currently 129 and not happy but trying to be more realistic.
Spent last 9 months on Weight Watchers and I lost and then gained back with too much travel, illness, stress, etc. I did get a lot of good recipes from WW but the points are not realistic for me, I want to track calories but stop obssessing with them and adding them in my head!
GW now is get to 124 and hold steady there, I think anything lower is no longer realistic nor does it do me any favors in the face. Would love to hear from others in my situation

I am 62 and almost 5'4 and I am aiming for 140. Of course it has been so long since I as any where near that. It sounds like you have a realistic goal.
