I'm new on here and was wondering if anyone can tell me some great low calorie or healthy snacks to eat. Thanks!

Hi Maddi, I try to avoid processed foods most of the time, so I usually snack on fruit when I want something sweet. Fresh pineapple (buy the golden yellow, not the pale yellow), grapes, oranges, mangos, apples, are all very sweet, satisfy my cravings, and are healthy (and relatively low in calories. I count calories, thus no food is forbidden, so occasionally I'll have 1 or 2 cookies with a glass of milk or 1 serving of ice cream, but not often. For salty snacks, I eat cucumber or carrot sticks with salt, pepper and vinegar or cherry tomatoes with 1 ounce of cheese or red peppers with riccoto cheese with a sprinkle of salt. I don't snack between meals very much, because I don't get hungry usually. When I do feel like a bottomless pit, I make cabbage soup (there are several recipes in the recipe file) because I can just eat and eat and eat it without going over my RDI (recommended daily intake). Can anyone name a good high protein
The two that I've tried that have been good are ON Gold Standard Whey and multiple flavors by MyProtein. They have really awesome flavors that taste great!
