It's very disheartening to try and lose weight and try so hard and you either stay the same, lose too slowly etc. But all I can say is, stick with it, whatever you find works for you.

My tip is watch the low fat products because most of them are loaded with sugar. Yes they're low fat, but sugar is more dangerous. Anything under 10g is ok. To find out if a food is high sugar check out the carb content, as most sugar is from carbs. Once i learnt that, when I was on a low carb diet, I lost weight pretty fast. (Put it on again last xmas). Fat is important to our bodies, so low fat isnt always the best.

So I'd say either just eat what you normally do but check the calorie content on here, and make sure you put everything down that goes in your mouth and be honest. Or try the low carb diet (you can also count the calories if you want with low carb diets). I reversed my diabetes type 2 with the low carb diet.
