5'4". 160-165 when I was much hunger I was very thin looking at 156-159 so I'd say a little more would be good!

Mine is 140, which ranges from a size 8 to a size 12, depending upon the item. It is at the higher range for my height of 5'3" but I feel it is reasonable given my age, nearly 70, and life. I know that trying to go lower may not be as healthy for me personally. You need to discuss this with your doctor.

Right now I'm looking at 145 lbs. If (when) I reach that I'll see how I feel and if I want to go lower. But not lower than 135 at my age (67).

I'm 6'0", so I won't list my current/goal weights. However, knowing your body type is very important. For example, my frame is larger than average for females (mesomorph body type). I know from personal experience that my body is totally incapable of safely going below 155lbs. At that weight, I look like a crack head while other women my height look bigger at 155lbs (due to smaller frames).

My point: Keep your goals healthy! Don't push your body beyond its limits...been there before & not going back again Smile

Edit: Not directed at anyone personally, just wanted to make a PSA! haha

I'm 5'4.5" and just a few days ago weighed 124 lbs and today for some reason 132lbs. My weight does fluctuate drastically. Don't understand.

I'm 5.2". Mostly am able to maintain my weight between 120-122 lbs. But this year, I've been putting on lbs unnaturally despite working out, yoga etc. I went upto almost 134 lbs. I removed yeast, unnatural starch and lactose from my diet, and have come down to 126 lbs in 2 months. My goal is to reach 120 lbs by my next birthday, in May 2018.

Take your goal weight and create a range with it. 3 pounds lower to 3 pounds higher. Like, mine is 140, so my range is 137-143. i am 5 ft. 6 1/2 inches and a lady. anjanaghish, if you are eating right, working out and still gaining, you should look at other symptoms you've had. Hypothyroidism can make you gain weight, but it will also make you sluggish and tired, cold, and constipated. it can throw off a woman's monthly cycles as well; it did mine.


Download this PDF file and print it, then check off any symptoms you have. If there is a lot, you should take this to your doctor and ask to have further lab work done to check your thyroid function.

I'm 5'-4.5" and early this morning I weighed 127. The weight from yesterday dropped probably from water weight. I drank a lot of tea and my weight dropped.
